Donald Wothe

Donald Wothe has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Mother Baby Service Line Excellian Optimization Lead at Allina Health since February 1999. Wothe holds leadership roles including member of the Abbott Northwestern Clinical Council, Medical Director of Minnesota Perinatal Physicians, and Chief Financial Officer of Minnesota Perinatal Physicians, while also participating in the Allina Pregnancy Care Council. In addition to these roles, Wothe has worked as a perinatologist at Abbott Northwestern Hospital since July 1998. Wothe earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Washington and an MD from the University of Washington - School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine. Further professional development includes a Certificate in Physician Leadership College from the University of St. Thomas.
