Elizabeth Larusso

Elizabeth LaRusso is an experienced psychiatrist and Enneagram coach with a diverse career spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently, Elizabeth serves as an Enneagram Coach, specializing in physicians and high-achievers, while also holding several key positions at Allina Health, including psychiatrist in the Consultation-Liaison Service and Director of the Mother Baby Mental Health Program. As Medical Director of the Department of Psychiatry at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Elizabeth contributes significantly to women's mental health and physician wellness through public speaking and media appearances. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth was an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and OB/GYN at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Elizabeth earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Middlebury College.
