Hsieng Su is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Executive at Allina Health. Hsieng has previously been the Regional Chief Medical Officer at SSM Health St. Louis from June 2018 to August 2021. In their role at SSM Health, Hsieng was responsible for overseeing quality, patient safety, patient experience and regulatory compliance throughout the St Louis market. This included traditional CMO responsibilities, as well as P/L responsibilities over case management, social services throughout the market and overseeing all hospital based physician service contracts. Hsieng was also involved in SSM Health's population health efforts for the market as it relates to acute and post acute care, and was a board member of their Accountable Care Organization.

Hsieng Su has a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from the University of Washington, a Master's Degree in Health Care Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Master's Degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. Hsieng also has a certification from LinkedIn in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers and a certification from Fairview Health Services in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).
