Jon Namyst

Jon Namyst has over three decades of experience in facilities management, security, and operational leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Facilities Management at Allina Health since July 2007, Jon is responsible for the leadership and operations of support services across over 90 locations in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Previous positions include Director of Operations, Business Development and Corporate Security, where Jon provided operational oversight for hospital ancillary services, and Director of Facilities Management and Corporate Security, managing various essential services. Prior to their current tenure at Allina Health, Jon held roles such as Manager of Security, Parking, and Emergency Management at United Hospital and Lead Investigator and Officer at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Jon holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an AAS in Law Enforcement from Normandale Community College.
