Joshua Shepherd

Joshua Shepherd, MHA, FACHE, serves as the President at Allina Health, a role held since July 2018, and additionally oversees operations at Buffalo Hospital and Cambridge Medical Center, managing various departments including radiology, lab, and pharmacy. Prior to Allina Health, Joshua acted as Interim President and Assistant Vice President at Intermountain Healthcare from June 2009 to June 2018, where responsibilities included system-level management of clinical operations across 22 hospitals. Earlier experience includes serving as Administrative Director with a focus on business development and strategic planning, as well as roles at Mercyhealth and Fairview Health Services. Joshua holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
