Julie Grandstrand

Julie Grandstrand, MBA, RT, serves as the Sleep Program Manager at Allina Health since August 2021. Prior to this role, Julie held various managerial positions within Allina Health, including Manager of Clinical Engineering Services and Manager of Respiratory and Sleep Services from November 2018 to August 2021. Julie's extensive experience in leadership includes managing the Respiratory Therapy Department and associated programs at United Hospital from August 2015 to November 2018. Earlier roles at Abbott Northwestern Hospital involved supervising daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department, and Julie began tenure at Allina Health as a Respiratory Therapist in June 2006. Julie holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Thomas and earned an Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy and a Bachelor of Science from St. Catherine University.
