Kristine Kelly

Kristine Kelly is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Allina Health since October 2016. In this role, Kristine provides strategic HR consultation and solutions to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Previously, Kristine held various HR positions, including Senior Human Resources Generalist at Marriott Hotels, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development and employee engagement, and Director of Human Resources at a large downtown convention hotel. Earlier experience at YWCA Minneapolis and several roles at Marriott Hotels contributed to a comprehensive skill set in HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
