Maggie Dreon

Maggie Dreon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Service Line Operations for Virtual Care at Allina Health since January 2023, Maggie previously held the role of Executive Director at Heading Home Ramsey and served as a Planning Manager for Ramsey County, where strategic initiatives and service programs, including a COVID isolation program and the establishment of service centers, were successfully developed and implemented. Maggie’s earlier roles include serving as Chief of Staff to the Deputy County Manager and as a Genetic Counselor at the State of Minnesota and various health institutions. Maggie holds a Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cornell College, along with a certification in Professional Project Management from the University of St. Thomas.
