Racheal Nowling

Racheal Nowling, MBA, currently serves as a Financial Analyst at Welia Health, focusing on Oracle conversion for financials, benefits, and supply chain management. Racheal has extensive experience in leadership and health administration, holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at DKN CONSTRUCTION, LLC since January 2012. Prior roles include State Chairman of the MN Trauma Registry Alliance at the Minnesota Department of Health, and Trauma Registry Supervisor at Allina Health, where Racheal implemented initiatives that significantly improved trauma transfer rates and revenue.
