Roye Ellen Schwab

Roye Ellen Schwab is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Allina Health since November 2024, Roye has previously held multiple positions at Flint Hills Resources, including Reliability Construction Manager and Instrument Reliability Engineer, from April 2021 to October 2024. Earlier career milestones include project management at Jacobs and project engineering roles at Cargill, where Roye also completed production management engineering co-ops. Roye holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Dakota.
