Sara Smude

Sara Smude currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Women’s Health and Medical Specialties at Allina Health, a role held since July 2017, where responsibilities include supporting systemwide provider practice operations across various medical specialties. Previously at Allina Health, Sara held the positions of Vice President of Operations - Medical Specialties and Director of Clinical Service Lines & Program Development, overseeing the Penny George Institute of Health & Healing. Sara's earlier experience includes leadership roles at HealthPartners, such as Director of Specialty Care, Operations Manager, and Senior Quality Coordinator. Sara holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
