Tracy Kirby

Tracy Kirby is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in nursing and patient care services. Currently serving as Vice President of Patient Care Services at Allina Health since March 2015, Tracy has held several key positions, including Director of Nursing Operations and Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Patient Care Services. Prior to this role, Tracy was Vice President of Patient Care Services at North Memorial Health Care from January 2013 to April 2014 and served as Director of Nursing at Allina Hospitals & Clinics from May 2006 to January 2013. Earlier career experience includes a role as Nurse Manager at Allina Health from 2001 to 2006. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution.
