Glenn Stewart

Glenn Stewart is the Structuring and Execution Lead at Allinfra, a company that develops blockchain technology for the digitization of unlisted infrastructure assets and environmental financial products. Glenn has been with the company since April 2019.

In their role, Glenn leads the structuring, regulatory analysis and documentation for product offerings, as well as all aspects of day-to-day administration and operations for the business alongside the CEO and co-founders.

Glenn's day-to-day responsibilities include managing administration and operations across all functions, including business planning and strategy, accounting and financial modelling, collaborating and iterating with the technology team on product design and development, legal entity and corporate secretary administration, bank account set-up and maintenance, marketing and fundraising, implementation and execution of on-boarding policies (KYC/AML) and tax analysis. Glenn also analyses licencing and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Singapore, the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions in order to structure and execute potential transactions and optimize business processes. In addition, they draft offering documentation and other legal documentation alongside external legal counsel.

Glenn Stewart attended The University of Queensland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and economics. Glenn also studied Putonghua at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and holds a Foundation Certificate in Chinese as a Foreign/Second Language.

Their manager is Dave Sandor, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with Clare Laverty - Marketing Lead, Bill Kentrup - Co-founder & Head of Origination, and Adrian Bancu - Technology Team Lead.
