Joseph Gradante

Joseph Gradante is the CEO of Allio Finance. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, starting as a Private Wealth Sales at Merrill Lynch. After two years, they became an Associate Director of Middle Markets Sales and Trading at C&Co/PrinceRidge Holdings LP. In 2017, they left to become a Family Office Portfolio Manager. Joseph then joined Venture Out in 2021 as a Startup Accelerator Participant.

Joseph Gradante has a background in computer software engineering, which they studied through a JavaScript course at App Academy. Joseph also has a degree in political science, economics, and public policy from Hunter College. In addition to their educational background, Joseph Gradante is also certified in financial technical analysis and various HubSpot sales and marketing software programs.
