Ron Ventura

Ron Ventura is an experienced real estate professional serving as the State Broker for Allison James Estates and Homes since September 2016, where efforts have focused on enhancing the company's brand presence in Nevada, particularly in Las Vegas. Prior to this role, Ron founded Beyond Realty, LLC in 2009, managing residential real estate investments. Additionally, as Vice President of Development at Ventura Enterprises Inc from 2011 to 2015, significant project development was overseen, including a $50 million student housing project near UNLV. Early in their career, Ron served as General Manager for AAAABCO Storage, where operations for multiple facilities and employee management were prioritized. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
