Drew Kelham

Drew Kelham, MBA, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Allison Transmission since June 2020, leading the preparation and filing of SEC Form 10-Q and 10-K, conducting financial due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring GAAP compliance across international entities. Previously, Drew held roles at KAR Global, where responsibilities included SEC filings and implementing new accounting standards, and at Newell Brands and Heritage Environmental Services, managing fixed assets and monthly close processes. Early career experience includes auditing at BKD CPAs & Advisors and internships in finance and auditing. Drew holds an MBA in Financial Analysis and a B.S. in Accounting from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
