Rebekah Leon Spencer

Rebekah Leon Spencer is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in talent management and creative fields. Currently serving as the Global Talent Management COE & Regional Talent Development Solutions Leader and Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA at Allison Transmission since August 2021, Rebekah has previously held managerial roles at Vantage Power LTD and Inigo Business Centres. Additionally, Rebekah works as a designer goldsmith and singer-songwriter, creating bespoke jewellery and music with a soul/blues influence since 2010. Rebekah's earlier career includes gallery management, office management, and administrative roles, complemented by a Level 3 diploma in Jewellery Manufacture from Holts Academy, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from Durham University.
