Sierra Kelley

Sierra Kelley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Allison Transmission since April 2023, Sierra's previous roles include Human Resources Analyst at Maximus, where project support for the State of Indiana's eligibility programs was provided, and HR Leader at Parker Hannifin, managing payroll and HR functions for over 130 employees. Prior experience at Faurecia included multiple HR roles, from Deputy Human Resources Manager overseeing 450+ employees to Plant Human Resources Generalist in a unionized production environment. Earlier in the career, Sierra served as a recruiter and billing administrator at National Construction Workforce and held a student assistant position at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Educationally, Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
