Vignesh Sivashankar

Vignesh Sivashankar is an Electromechanical Components Engineer at Allison Transmission, with a progressive career that began with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University. Since May 2022, Vignesh has been responsible for electromechanical components, building upon previous experience as a Product Engineering Intern at Allison Transmission, where significant contributions included TCM software changes and prototype evaluations. Prior roles at WVU included Competitive Sports Program Assistant and Club Sports Supervisor, focusing on club sports operations and emergency response. Additionally, Vignesh participated in the WVU EcoCAR Challenge, contributing to vehicle concepts, and served as a Research Apprentice in the Biochemistry Department, where achievements included designing a printed circuit board and co-authoring a research publication. Currently pursuing an MBA at the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, Vignesh continues to enhance professional skills and knowledge in engineering and business.
