William Lai

William Lai currently serves as the Head of Institutions and Business Operations at Allium, starting in April 2024, where the focus is on supporting investment, finance, data, and engineering teams with blockchain data infrastructure. Prior experience includes working at J.P. Morgan from July 2019 to April 2024 in roles such as Associate in Digital Private Markets and Analyst in Digital Strategy and FinTech. William's earlier positions feature a Research Assistant role at the University of Oxford under Dr. Alex Kuo, a Markets Summer Analyst position at J.P. Morgan, a Private Equity Summer Internship at JZ International, and a Research and Analytics Intern role at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. William Lai holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, completed in 2019.
