Madeleine Reese has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Madeleine is the founder and CEO of Allma since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an advisor and consultant for various startups from 2014 to 2019. In 2016, Madeleine served as a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, and in 2015, they were an intern in the same company. From 2012 to 2014, Madeleine was a Strategy Associate at Artsy Inc., where they worked closely with the CEO and undertook various responsibilities across business development, strategy, product development, recruiting, marketing, and brand partnerships. Additionally, they founded and taught at FLYe (Finance / Law / Youth empowerment) from 2010 to 2014. Madeleine began their career as an Investment Banking Division Legal Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2012.

Madeleine Reese completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Literature and Society from Columbia University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also spent a semester at Reid Hall, Columbia University in Paris, France. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Harvard Business School.
