Antonio Germanà has a diverse work experience in various companies. Antonio started their career as an intern at Vibram Group in February 2017 and worked until August 2017. Antonio then joined Wind Tre as a Marketing CVM intern from January 2018 to July 2018. Afterwards, Antonio worked as a Sales Account at Confezioni Andrea Group - Covercar from November 2018 to May 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Brand Manager at ALLNET.ITALIA since September 2019.

Antonio Germanà completed their Laurea Magistrale Lm in Marketing from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they also attended the Burgundy School of Business - BSB for a master in management lv.2 program. Prior to this, Antonio obtained their bachelor's degree in Economia e management from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Antonio holds several certifications. Antonio obtained the CCSS Cambium Certified Sales Specialist certification from Cambium Networks in May 2021. In December 2020, they received the Fondamenti di Digital Marketing certification from Google. Antonio also holds the Business English Vantage (BEC) certification from the University of Cambridge, obtained in July 2016. Furthermore, they achieved the SAS Certified Predictive Modeler Using SAS Enterprise Miner 13 certification from SAS in July 2016.
