Giacomo Micciantuono

Giacomo Micciantuono has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Giacomo most recently worked at ALLNET.ITALIA as a UCC Sales Engineering Manager, where they provided pre- and post-sales technical support on telephony equipment and conducted lab activities such as product testing and firmware releases. Giacomo also designed and presented technical courses for installers and retailers.

Prior to that, Giacomo worked at FICO Eatalyworld srl as an IT Specialist. In this role, they managed Active Directory users and computers, Exchange Online mailboxes, and provided on-site technical support for internal staff and park operators. Giacomo also handled workstation setup and hardware/software maintenance.

Before FICO Eatalyworld srl, Giacomo was an IT Consultant at ADHR GROUP. Giacomo managed Active Directory users and computers, Exchange Server mailboxes, and provided remote and on-site technical support. Giacomo also set up IT workstations and implemented ad hoc solutions to improve work efficiency and diagnose faults.

Giacomo Micciantuono completed their education at ITC Rosa Luxemburg, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Information Systems in 2015. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including Spectralink DECT Expert from Spectralink Corporation in May 2023, Kalliope Certified Associate from NetResults in January 2023, Certified Trainer from Grandstream Networks in December 2022, MTCRE - MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer from MikroTik in December 2022, Networking Solution Certified Professional, Security and Facility Management Solution Certified Professional, UC Solution Certified Expert, and UC Solution Certified Professional, all from Grandstream Networks in November 2022. Giacomo also obtained the Trinity Voice Certification from Patton, LLC in February 2021, AudioCodes Certified Associate from AudioCodes in November 2020, Advanced Certified Engineer from 3CX in June 2020, and MTCNA - MikroTik Certified Network Associate from MikroTik in September 2022.
