Anne-Katrin Bauss

Anne-Katrin Bauss has a diverse work experience history. Anne-Katrin started their career in 2001 as a Trainee HR/People Development at Volksfürsorge Versicherungen before moving on to Generali Deutschland AG as an HR and Organizational Development Specialist from 2002-2010. Anne-Katrin then joined NXP Semiconductors in various HR roles, including Senior HR Manager, HR Director, and Head of Global Talent Management, from 2011-2017. Since 2018, Anne-Katrin has been working at allnex, where they currently hold the position of Senior Director Global HR/Head of Global Talent & Change Management & Global HR Biz Partner. In this role, they lead a team in supporting the global organization through initiatives focused on attracting, hiring, and engaging top talent. Anne-Katrin has a proven track record of driving transformation and implementing key HR processes to support organizational growth.

Anne-Katrin Bauss completed their education at The University of Göttingen, where they obtained a Diploma in Psychology from 1994 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired various certifications and attended programs in executive leadership, coaching, assessment, and change management from reputable institutions such as Singularity University, Korn Ferry, Gallup, WSFB Beratergruppe Wiesbaden, and Insights Group Deutschland GmbH.
