Siva Iyer

Siva Iyer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the chemical and coatings industries. Currently serving as Vice President - India and Regional Business Director AP at Allnex since April 2013, Siva has been pivotal in shaping growth strategies in India and overseeing regional business management of Powder Coating Resins in the Asia Pacific since relocating to Mumbai in December 2014. Prior roles include Vice President - Asia Pacific & Global Business Director for Radcure at Allnex, and various leadership positions at Cytec, where responsibilities encompassed global business direction, strategic development, and full accountability for product lines in Radcure and Powder Coating Resins. Siva began a career at UCB Chemicals and previously held positions at DuPont, contributing to supply chain and marketing efforts. Educational qualifications include a TGM in General Management and Leadership from INSEAD and a Masters in Management from the University of Mumbai.
