Sophie Zellmer

Sophie Zellmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Global Implementation Leader for Digital Operations at allnex since July 2022, Sophie drives digital operations programs and oversees strategic projects to transform manufacturing sites globally. Previous roles include Digital Architect at MYNXG, where Sophie created logistics blueprints and co-led digital transformation, and Process & Project Manager at DB Cargo Logistics GmbH, focusing on financial planning roadmaps. Additionally, roles at DöhlerGroup included Operational Excellence Manager and Financial Controller, while earlier experiences encompass internships in project management, business intelligence, and development at Flaconi, Lufthansa, and Siemens. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
