Deanna Chala

Deanna Chala, MA (Leadership), has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at Allnorth Consultants Limited. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Specialist in Learning & Development at the same company.

Before joining Allnorth Consultants Limited, Deanna worked at Teck Resources Limited for over 20 years. Deanna'sroles at Teck Resources included Senior Advisor in Leadership & Development, Project Lead & Change Manager in HRIS Transformation, Continuous Improvement Lead, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Supervisor, Employee Relations Coordinator, Personnel Coordinator, and Employee Relations Support.

Deanna Chala, MA (Leadership), obtained their Master of Arts in Leadership (MAL) from Royal Roads University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a course in Academic Writing and Critical Thinking at Royal Roads University in 2020. In 1997, they attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and earned a degree in Travel, specializing in Tourism and Travel Services Management. In 1995, Deanna Chala graduated from Brandon University with a Bachelor of General Studies, majoring in History. Deanna has also obtained several additional certifications, including Supervisor Drug & Alcohol Awareness Training Certification from CannAmm Occupational Testing Services in 2022, Contracting for Consultants from LinkedIn in 2021, What Is a PMO? from LinkedIn in 2021, and Everything DiSC Certified Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2021.
