James Khong

James Khong is an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in software development and quality assurance. Currently employed at Allocate Software since October 2019, James has previously contributed to MedAdvisor International Pty Ltd in various roles, including Product Owner and QA Technician from March 2016 to March 2019. Responsibilities have included ensuring engineering team outputs align with business and customer requirements, overseeing the design, implementation, and delivery of new software features, and monitoring existing products. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology from RMIT University.
