Magda Hoffmann Stojanovic is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in leadership and project management across various technology companies. As Engineering Director and Engineering Manager at RLDatix & Allocate Macedonia since September 2021, key responsibilities include removing single points of failure within teams and driving recruitment activities. Previous roles include Product Owner at Allocate Software, where business requirements were gathered for development projects, and Head of BI at Data Masters, overseeing department vision, strategy, and technical development of team members. With a solid foundation in project coordination, technical analysis, and team leadership, Magda has contributed to numerous successful projects throughout a career that includes roles at Symphony Solutions, ITgma, Matrix Global, cVidya, and Tele2/Seavus. Magda holds a Master of Engineering in Telecommunication & Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and completed studies at Technische Universität Wien.
