Allogene Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the development of allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell (AlloCAR T™) therapies for cancer. The goal of our allogeneic cell therapy platform is simple: take the same biological processes that allow the first generation autologous CAR T therapies to deliver breakthrough clinical benefits but eliminate the need to create a personalized therapy for each patient. Instead, we start with T cells from healthy donors, which is intended to allow for creation of inventory for “off-the-shelf” use in patients faster, more reliably, and at greater scale.
