Ryan Field

Ryan Field is an experienced professional in corporate strategy and business insights within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently, Ryan serves as Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Insights at Allogene Therapeutics since April 2022, after holding the position of Senior Director in Commercial and Business Planning. Prior to Allogene Therapeutics, Ryan worked at Exelixis from January 2019 to April 2022 in various senior roles focused on new product pipeline strategy and marketing for emerging indications. Ryan’s career also includes significant positions at Genentech from May 2008 to January 2019, where responsibilities included product management for cancer immunotherapy and strategic marketing for gastrointestinal cancers. Earlier roles include positions at Roche and CVS/pharmacy, complemented by an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers University and a BA in Philosophy from Montclair State University.
