Lawyer and Financist, specialist in Corporate Governance, Financial and Capital Markets, with more than 20 years of experience in the Infrastructure and Services Sectors, in structuring and conducting more than 100 projects and companies for different Governments and Business Groups. He was Auditor, Consultant and Technical Coordinator of the São Paulo State Highway Concessions Program, in which he worked for 7 years in the areas of auditing, tariff control, economic-financial balance and providing information to control bodies.
