Patrick Gaul

Patrick Gaul, CLC, CEIC, has extensive experience in employee assistance program management and healthcare coordination. Currently serving as the Ease@Work Manager of EAP Operations at AllOne Health since August 2019, Patrick has facilitated the expansion of services including Medical Advocacy and Life Coaching. Previously, from February 2004 to August 2019, Patrick managed Ease@Work's account management team, significantly contributing to the organization's growth beyond traditional EAP services. Earlier roles include Community Relations Coordinator at Parma Community General Hospital and PPO Network Manager at Ceres Group, where Patrick managed extensive network operations across multiple states. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ohio University, Patrick has cultivated a diverse skill set in marketing, account management, and provider relations throughout a 25+-year career in the healthcare sector.
