Carter Lange

Carter Lange has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. They began their career as a Senior Counselor and Equestrian Staff at Camp Cheerio from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Co-op at Bain Capital Credit before transitioning to a Human Resources Assistant from July 2020 to September 2021 in the same company. From 2018 to 2021, Carter worked at Northeastern University as a Training and Recruiting Coordinator for the Explore Program and also served as a TA for the program. In 2022, they joined Catalant Technologies as a Customer Success Analyst before being promoted to a Customer Success Senior Analyst from February to May 2023. Most recently, in 2023, they started working at Allonnia as an HR Generalist/Recruiter.

Carter Lange obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Carter attended Durham Academy from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a High School Diploma. In 2017, they also briefly studied European History at the CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange.
