Camille Banville

Camille Banville, CRHA, is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition and Training Advisor at Alloprof since March 2024, Camille is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, enhancing candidate experience, and coordinating training for new hires. Prior to this role, Camille held various HR positions at Maplr, including HR Coordinator for Culture & Talent, where responsibilities included managing employee integrations, performance evaluations, and recruitment initiatives. With previous experience at Agropur focusing on employee engagement surveys and talent development, as well as roles in academia and event coordination, Camille possesses a strong background in human resources management, underpinned by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from ESG UQAM.
