Dom Dalton

Dom Dalton is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in supply chain management and business development. Currently serving as the Founder of Allora since July 2023 and previously founding Start Up 🍋, Dalton has held significant leadership roles, including EMEA Director at TRIP, where responsibilities encompassed commercial, operations, and finance functions along with regional expansion. As General Manager UK at Soulfresh, Dalton successfully launched three brands across the UK and EMEA markets. Earlier roles include Director of International Distributors at Urban Fresh Foods Ltd (BEAR Nibbles) and multiple positions at Nestlé UK & I, where management of supply chain operations supported large-scale distribution and budget management. Dalton holds a BA in Theology from Durham University and an MSc in Supply Chain Innovation, Strategy, and Management from The Open University.
