David Pirovich has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. David started their career as a Research Technician at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University in 2014, where they conducted surgical procedures on laboratory mice and assisted in designing new injury-repair models. David also operated high-throughput imaging systems and collected data for tumor imaging studies. In 2016, they transitioned to the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University as a Graduate Student Researcher in the Skelly Lab. Here, they extensively studied the activity and expression of glycolytic enzymes of Schistosoma mansoni using various techniques. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Scientist at Allorion Therapeutics, starting from May 2022.
