Aditya Varna Iyer

Aditya Varna Iyer has a diverse range of work experience across various academic and entrepreneurial roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Summer Student at Utrecht University. In 2017, they held two Research Student positions at McGill University and CERN. They then joined the University of Oxford in 2018 as a DPhil student and later transitioned to the role of Postdoctoral Researcher. In 2022, they co-founded a company called Allos and also became a Polaris Fellow at Entrepreneur First.

Aditya Varna Iyer began their education at Bishop Cotton Boys' School, where they attended from 1999 to 2014. Following their time at Bishop Cotton, they pursued their undergraduate studies at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2018. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics, with a specialization in International Research Enrichment. During their undergraduate years, Aditya also had the opportunity to do an exchange program at the University of Waterloo in 2017, where they focused on Physics. Most recently, from 2018 to 2022, Aditya continued their education at the University of Oxford, where they completed a DPhil. in Quantum Information Theory.
