Keren Sol Angel

Keren Sol Angel currently serves as the Global Director of Organizational Development and HR Business Partner at Allot since September 2022, bringing extensive expertise in implementing organizational change processes and performance management. Prior to this, Keren worked as the HR Organizational Development Manager and HRBP at Nayax, driving organizational transformation in the fintech sector. With experience at Philip Morris International as a Learning & Talent Management partner, Keren successfully fostered a culture of development and led significant organizational changes. Keren's earlier roles include Learning & Development Specialist and HR Business Partner at YES DBS Satellite Services, where notable achievements in cross-organizational change garnered national recognition. Keren's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa and multiple certifications in leadership and coaching.
