Murali Prasad

Murali Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Murali is currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Telecom Service Providers at Allot, where they are responsible for leading the commercialization of network intelligence and cybersecurity solutions in Canada and the US. Prior to this, Murali held the position of Vice President of Strategic Sales at Netcracker Technology, where they played a pivotal role in the commercialization of SDN/NFV, Smart Cities, and IoT applications with North American carriers. Murali also co-led the market strategy for NEC IoT applications and smart city solutions. Before joining Netcracker, Murali worked at Wipro Technologies Canada, starting as the Head of Telecom GTM Strategy and Alliances and later becoming a Client Partner for Telecom and Media Services. Murali played a key role in acquiring new telecom clients and driving revenue growth for Wipro in the Canadian market. Murali also held various positions at Yash Technologies and Quest Middle East, where they served as the Regional Manager for the Middle East and Africa and Head of Sales and Operations, respectively. Murali began their career at Ingram Micro Ltd, formerly known as Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd, as a Channel Manager and Branch Executive, leading the industrial automation business for energy utilities, SCADA systems, and defense. Overall, Murali's work experience showcases their expertise in telecom, strategic sales, IoT, and cybersecurity.

Murali Prasad completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Pune University. Later on, they pursued an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
