Philippe Rouge

Philippe Rouge is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and networking industry, currently serving as AVP Presales for EMEA at Allot Communications since May 2010. In this role, Philippe manages the Pre-Sales team and serves as the Direct Technical Authority for solutions proposals, while also holding the position of Pre-Sales Director for the Central and Eastern Europe region. Prior to Allot Communications, Philippe gained extensive experience at Cisco Systems from 2000 to 2010 as a Consulting System Engineer and Product Marketing Manager, focusing on IPTV solutions and optical networking. Additional roles include Product Line Manager at Pirelli Optical Systems and Project Manager at General Cable PLC, where Philippe was responsible for introducing new telecom services. Philippe holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and attended CentraleSupélec.
