Wesley Lartey has a diverse work experience in the health and fitness industry. Wesley started their career as a Sports Performance Coach at Spectrum Sports Performance in 2011, where they focused on individuals' sport-specific training programs. In 2012, they became a Certified Personal Trainer at Life Time Fitness, delivering comprehensive training programs and promoting training services and products.

From 2014 to 2022, Wesley worked as a Private Soccer Coach at Top Class Performance, providing position-specific soccer coaching and personal fitness instruction. During this time, they also educated clients on weight management, injury prevention, and nutritional wellness.
