Paul Standen

Paul Standen is an experienced ASME Certified Fabricator with a robust background in metal fabrication and leadership. Currently, Paul serves as a fabricator at Alloy Engineering Company since October 2016 and is the Founding President of VanDiesel Metalworks, established in January 2016. Paul's previous roles include welder/fabricator at Affiliated Metal and Qual-Fab, along with fabricator positions at Blue Arc Designs and Verantis Environmental Solutions, where specialized in high-volume and corrosion-resistant products. At Worthington Sharon Stairs, Paul held the position of Department Lead, overseeing a 20-person team through multiple production phases. Paul holds a Technical Certificate in Academic Technical Drafting from LCJVS and attended Lorain County Community College.
