Jonathan A. Arms, Esq., CSP, ARM, CHMM has over 30 years of experience in the environmental/demolition contracting industry. Jonathan A. currently serves as the In-House Counsel and VP of Risk Management at Alloy, where they oversee contracts review and negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance for the Massachusetts Branch. Prior to Alloy, Arms worked at Dec-Tam Corporation for over 20 years, serving as the In-House Counsel and Director of Risk Management. In this role, they provided legal advice and contracts management for over 800 projects annually. Jonathan A. also served as the Manager of Environmental Health & Safety at Dec-Tam Corporation, where they directed the company's EHS program and negotiated with federal and state agencies to resolve compliance issues. Arms began their career as the Director of Emergency Preparedness at Yankee Atomic Electric Company, where they managed the corporate emergency preparedness program for a nuclear power station and negotiated contracts for evacuation planning resources.

Jonathan A. Arms, Esq., CSP, ARM, CHMM has a diverse education history. Jonathan A. obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. Jonathan A. also holds a Master's Degree in Applied Management from Lesley University. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Health Physics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In addition to their academic achievements, Arms has several certifications. Jonathan A. became an Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) through the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in January 2011.
