Logan Snyder

Logan Snyder is the current General Counsel at Alloy Therapeutics. Logan has also been a Partner at Ulysses Diversified Holdings, Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Fortune Favors Films, and a Board Member at Inkshares and New England Free Jacks Rugby.

Logan Snyder graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA in Investments & Entrepreneurship. Logan then attended the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where they earned their law degree.

After law school, Snyder began their career as an attorney, specializing in errors and omissions counsel. Logan then transitioned into the financial sector, first as a Vice President at GL Investment Services, and then as Director of Finance at Human Care Systems, Inc.

Snyder then returned to the legal field, joining The Onion as their Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Vice President of Finance. Logan left The Onion after 3 years to co-found Fortune Favors Films.

Snyder is currently a board member of Alloy Therapeutics and Inkshares.

Logan Snyder has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from the University of Louisville, a Master of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, and a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Logan is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Vermont.
