Melissa Lam

Melissa Lam has extensive experience in the fintech and medtech industries, currently serving in the Implementations department at Alloy since 2020, where the startup focuses on global identity risk solutions and is backed by Series B funding. Prior to Alloy, Melissa worked at Ambra Health from 2016 to 2020 in Professional Services, contributing to the digitization of medical imaging and data management until the company was acquired by Intelerad. Earlier, Melissa gained hands-on experience in the healthcare sector as a Patient Care Assistant at Bayshore Community Hospital, supporting postoperative care in ICU and Emergency Units. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, which was earned between 2012 and 2015.
