Don Fletcher has a comprehensive background in IT management, with roles ranging from Systems Administrator to VP of Infrastructure and Security. Don has experience in managing network systems, servers, and infrastructure hardware, as well as overseeing disaster recovery solutions and IT staff training. Don has also been involved in budgeting vendor contracts and implementing new technology solutions.

Don Fletcher attended Governors State University from 1991 to 1994 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 1998, they completed the Network Engineering & Management Program at the Computer Learning Center. Additionally, in 2001, they completed a program at Productivity Point International. Don Fletcher also holds certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2 and Microsoft Azure: Networking Concepts from LinkedIn. Don also obtained additional certifications in cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies.
