Lucy Schwarz

Lucy Schwarz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lucy began their career at Hawkins Priday Ltd as an Assistant Accountant from July 2000 to October 2001. Lucy then worked at Epson UK Ltd as a Cash Management Controller from January 2002 to June 2003. Lucy then joined Tarmac (South Western) Limited as an Assistant Management Accountant from June 2003 to September 2005. Lucy further expanded their expertise at Link 51 Storage Systems, where they worked as a Management Accountant from September 2005 to May 2007 and then as a Reporting Manager from May 2007 to August 2011.

In 2011, Lucy joined Mondelēz International as a Finance Manager and later took on the role of Feedstock Finance Manager for two UK Cadbury production sites from September 2013 to October 2015. Their responsibilities included driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting cost-saving efforts. Lucy then joined Earl of Plymouth Estates (Holdings) Limited, where they served as the Group Accountant from November 2015 to November 2017 and as the Finance Manager from December 2017 to August 2019.

Currently, Lucy holds a position at allpay Limited, where they initially served as the Senior Finance Business Partner from November 2019 to July 2021. Lucy has since been promoted to the role of Head of Finance, starting in July 2021.

Lucy Schwarz has enrolled in BPP University, where they studied CIMA. Additionally, they hold certifications in MAAT from AAT and CIMA.
