Bill Witnauer

Bill brings over a decade of experience in the parking industry to his role of East District Manager. Bill joined Allpro parking in 2021 after 11 years in the parking business in the Buffalo area. He has worked in operations, business development and as a project manager. As a project manager he lead several multi-million dollar garage rehabilitation projects. He brings experience, expertise and familiarity with governmental operations, construction design, repair design and techniques as well as operational knowledge from managing over 8,000 parking spaces at one time in previous roles.

In his current position, Bill is responsible for quality assurance, client relations, contract negotiations, human resources functions, and fiscal management for Allpro’s East Region. He stays active as a teacher in community education programs, kayaking and keeping up with his five kids and dog. Bill is also a member of the New York State Parking and Transportation Association (NYSPTA) and the National Parking Association (NPA).
