Concurrently, Johnika is the Strategic Business Development Manager at AllProfit HR, focusing on brand awareness and web content administration. Previously, Johnika held the position of Executive Director at Kent State University, overseeing Dual Enrollment and Tech Prep programs, and served as President of the Chesapeake and Potomac Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. Experience includes roles at Prince George's Community College as Program Director and Adjunct Faculty Instructor, as well as various leadership positions in professional associations such as NODA and NACADA. Johnika holds an Ed.D in Community College Leadership from Morgan State University, a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Design from Salisbury University, and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
